FAQ

Our Corporate Gifting FAQ can be found here.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

We ship orders within 1-2 business days. The shipping times at checkout are estimates provided by the carriers. If you need your gift to arrive by a specific date, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail Express, or feel free to contact us. Please note that rush fees apply to orders over 25 boxes that require shipping within 5 business days.

Will the recipient be able to see the price of their gift?

No, we never include the price anywhere in the packaging.

What is your return policy?

While we don't accept returns, we're committed to making sure that you and your recipient are 100% happy, every time. If you aren't completely satisfied please let us know right away and we'll make it right.

Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes - about 80% of our business comes from corporate clients. You can read more about our corporate gifting programs here (including downloading our Corporate Catalogue, where you'll find information about pricing, processes, customization, etc).

What does the gift packaging look like?

We use premium, custom-made gift boxes in matte white. Box bands come in blue-grey + silver foil, and black + gold foil.

Do you make custom gifts?

Yes! Our minimum order for custom gifts is 25 boxes. We offer a variety of packaging customization options, including belly bands, stickers, gift tags, ribbon and notecards. We can also source 100% custom products for you - we do this often for corporate clients. Please get in touch to see more information about pricing.

What size are your gift boxes?

Our mini sets are 7"x7"x4", standard gifts are 9"x9"x4.5" and our Black Box Editions are 14"x9.5"x4.5".

I make an awesome product. How can I get it into one of your boxes?

We love discovering new makers and are always on the hunt for well made, beautifully packaged products. If that sounds like you, drop us a line and let's talk!

Where are you located?

Our studio is located in sunny Los Angeles, California, about 2 miles from the beach.

Is it hard not to eat all the sweets in the studio?

Who says we don't? :)
